Lisa is an amazing trainer, I love her approach with creating a communication path for you and your dog, it all seems so simple but so efficient, no more yelling! . We went with our rescue adult Dogo who is very stubborn. Lisa showed me how to communicate with our dog, her feedback is direct and honest and if you listen and practice, you will see amazing and fast results. The benefit of the group is that you get to see her show the commands multiple times with different dogs, all of them reacting differently. Her first session around nutrition, crate training, potty training is so eye opening, and informative, I have referred to it many times since. Lisa will answer texts, calls and will do anything to get you and your dog on a successful path. And if you are lucky enough to see her with her dogs, you will see the art of the possible!

Lisa did an amazing job helping us with our dog Opie. I called her in desperation when I couldn’t manage my dog’s hyperactivity when we first got him. Her class also helped my doggy rediscover his confidence after another dog had attacked him one day when we were on a walk. Lisa trained us as owners and showed us strategies that we use every single day. Forever thankful for her! My dog is so attentive to us and follows commands that I would have never been able to teach on my own.

We had such great success taking our first dog through Lisa’s classes we knew we had to come back with our new puppy. Lisa has recently revamped her class style/schedules and we were so pleased to begin puppy classes with her new format. Lisa starts you from the ground up building markers and teaching you how to communicate with your dog to build a strong foundation. Of course she covers the basic obedience, but she also offers trick classes, environment cues and everything you need for CGC! Thank you Lisa for sharing your expertise with us!

I took my German Shepherd puppy to train with Lisa in her group class last year. I was impressed by her approach to beginning obedience classes. My reason was not only to train my young dog, but to also socialize her around other puppies and strangers. Given how challenging it’s been with the pandemic, her class was perfect for basic obedience training. Although my puppy was fearful and somewhat reactive, Lisa was gentle yet consistent with her lessons. Her feedback was honest and direct. We were also given lessons to practice at home. From Lisa’s training I was able to continue in other obedience classes and sports with confidence as my dog matured. I would highly recommend Lisa for training classes!

We’ve taken several group classes with Lisa and our pup has improved soo much! He is a cattledog, very headstrong but also incredibly smart. He wouldn’t be as well behaved today if it wasn’t for Lisa! He normally attacks the vacuum and bites it. I used the place command (taught in our classes) and vacuumed the entire living room and dining room while he stayed the whole time thank you to Lisa for everything s taught us. It’s awesome to see it paying off 🙂

Lisa is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable in the dog training field and if you listen and practice what she teaches you will have a trained dog! My American bully puppy is a complete spazz and full of adrenaline and Lisa has so much patience with him and we have noticed a complete difference at home with using simple commands she has taught us. We are so satisfied and will continue with Lisa through all training levels she offers .

Lisa is a great dog trainer. She’s flexible and willing to work with you in case you possibly need to miss a class. I was very anxious when I started because I was afraid my dog would try to pick fights, but now that’s he’s used to being around other dogs, he’s doing so much better. I just finished my puppy class and am moving up to the AKC puppy training and I’m a lot more confident. Lisa works so well with all of the dogs no matter how difficult they may be, my dog is incredibly picky about treats and his space and so she was able to work with him. I also put one of my other dogs in her classes. Overall great class, genuinely love it. Lisa is very straight to the point and always willing to help. Definitely recommend!

Lisa is hands down the best trainer I could ever ask for. She has taken my rambunctious miniature pinscher in since he was a very young pup and helped me grow him.
What I like most is she teaches the owners to take responsibility of their own relationships by teaching the owners how to train and not solely focused on her teaching the dogs.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED…I started in the puppy class with Lisa with my 5 month old American Bully. This dog is unlike any other that I have ever had, very headstong and dog reactive and myself not confident at all. I was able to barely make it through puppy class as I was very tense the entire time and I knew we both needed much more training. On the first day of Intermediate class, I was so overwhelmed that I was ready to quit as soon as I walked in the door and broke into tears. Lisa realized how over my head I was and she could see potential in my guy and really took a lot of her time with us, she even called and checked in with me after class and really talked me off a ledge. Lisa offered us private classes that I could do take with just us, so that I could get caught up on what we couldn’t catch in class (for a very affordable price). I am happy to report that we have just graduated from the Intermediate class and are moving on to Advanced training. I wish we could stay with Lisa forever! I am so much more relaxed and confident and my boy is getting there too.

My name is Pattie. I’m a 52-year-old owner of 2 male full grown Siberian Huskies. I rescued Ezra & Kanan both and they each have issues they came with. I knew nothing of this breed, only knew they needed a home. I reached out to Lisa for help. I have had many dogs in my lifetime, but these fellas were outsmarting me! She reassured me that she can help. At the start of the training, she described what we would be learning. I thought she was crazy! Absolutely everything she teaches; she will show us by example with our dogs. She not only teaches commands, but behavior. She has a way of explaining why a dog reacts a certain way in different situations. I better understand my dogs and am beyond grateful to her for helping feel prepared. I felt a responsibility to be in control with my dogs. Today, I can say that my dogs no longer drag be down the street with their combined weight of 130 pounds. I have never had such a healthy relationship with my dogs before. Before Lisa’s help, my huskies overwhelmed me. This relationship seemed hopeless, and I felt as if I were failing them. Lisa is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and breaks down lessons into smart components that build into good training. I can’t say enough good things about Lisa! When we adopted our husky rescue, we quickly realized that he had some serious behavior issues that we didn’t know how to address. We were at our wits’ end and considering rehoming him, until we found Lisa. From the very first class, she put us at ease and gave us the tools we needed to work with our dog.
Over the course of four progressive training programs, Lisa helped us train our dog and improve his behavior in ways we never thought possible.
