ABOUT LISA
Since 2021, Lisa has been the proud owner and operator of Nosy Puppers Dog Training, where her passion for dog training truly flourished after she rescued a Dogo Argentino, which, over the past 24 years, has become five Dogos in total. For 14 years, Lisa dedicated herself to classes in competition obedience and protection sports, and after completing her training at the Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers in 2014, she contributed to the growth of Petco and Petsmart’s programs, successfully training 50 to 80 dogs weekly for seven years.
Her wealth of experience shines through in her classes, especially after her recent week-long seminar at the Michael Ellis School that reignited her enthusiasm. Lisa has revamped her training program to include a gateway class called How to Speak Dog and offers 14 modules ranging from baby puppy to therapy dog. This unique approach allows dog owners to learn alongside their pets, fostering growth through the most advanced training methods available in both group and private lessons.
I absolutely adore dogs, especially my lively Dogos. Check out this Olde English Bulldogge before and after our training session. Remember, simply taking your dog for walks or letting them romp around at the dog park isn’t the most effective way to tire them out. Bring them to training and watch how much they enjoy it and how grateful they’ll be to you.
